Edinburgh is fortunate to have some of the highest quality drinking water in the UK, so there is no need to buy bottled water unless you prefer to.

Most Properties include hand soap together with basic toiletries such as shampoo and body wash.

As these are replenished between stays, occasional shortages may occur.

If you have a preferred brand, we recommend bringing your own.

Each Property has its own digital Welcome Guide containing instructions for heating, appliances and other useful information.

Where a travel cot is included, this will be shown in the property listing.

We do not recommend arranging deliveries from Amazon or other parcel carriers during your stay, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Supermarket deliveries may be possible at some Properties. Please contact us before placing an order.

Visitors are welcome for short periods until 10:00pm, provided they behave responsibly and do not disturb neighbouring residents.

Visitors must not stay overnight unless they are included within your Booking Confirmation.
