We know Edinburgh inside out and love helping our guests discover everything the city has to offer. Whether you're looking for the perfect sunset spot, a hidden local gem, or a recommendation for a dog-friendly pub, our team is always happy to share their local knowledge.

Have a question before you book? Need assistance during your stay? When you book direct, you'll be speaking directly with the team who will be looking after you, ensuring faster responses and a more personal service from start to finish.

While all bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions, we always aim to be as flexible as possible. Third-party booking sites often have stricter policies for changes and cancellations, whereas booking directly allows us to work with you wherever we can to accommodate your needs. Where availability allows, we may also be able to offer convenient extras such as luggage drops before check-in, early check-in, and late check-out, helping to make your stay even more enjoyable.
