About Us

At Evergreen Property, we believe that where you stay should be every bit as memorable as the destination itself. That's why we've carefully curated a collection of high-quality self-catering homes across Edinburgh, offering comfortable, stylish accommodation for every type of traveller, whether you're visiting for business, a family holiday, a weekend city break, or a longer stay.

Our story began in 2010 as The Pickering Company, and over the years we've grown into one of Edinburgh's most trusted short-term letting specialists. Today, we care for around 90 properties throughout the year, rising to more than 100 during the busy festival season, with every home personally inspected to ensure it meets our high standards.

What makes us different is our people. Our entire team lives in Edinburgh and knows the city exceptionally well, so when you need advice, recommendations or assistance, you'll always be speaking to a real person who genuinely wants to help, never a chatbot. Whether you're looking for the perfect brunch spot, the quickest route to Edinburgh Castle, or a hidden local favourite, we're always happy to share our knowledge.

Every stay is professionally prepared with hotel-quality linen, fresh towels, essential toiletries, and thorough professional cleaning before your arrival. We want you to feel at home from the moment you step through the door, and our team is available every day to help with anything you need. We also provide 24/7 emergency support, so you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

Our commitment to quality, hospitality and exceptional customer service has been recognised through multiple industry awards, including Gold for Customer Experience at the 2026 All Agents Awards for our Senior Short-Term Lettings Manager, alongside several team awards. Evergreen Property has also been recognised as one of Edinburgh's leading letting agencies, receiving multiple Gold, Silver and Bronze awards across Edinburgh and Scotland in recent years.

Whether you're visiting Edinburgh for the first time or returning to your favourite city, we're here to help you find the perfect place to stay and make your visit as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

We look forward to welcoming you to Edinburgh.
