Back for Summer 2026 and freshly painted. Our three bedroom apartment is situated in the very desirable area of Dean Village and the West End of Edinburgh. Based in a leafy development tucked away from busy main roads but also within walking distance of the city centre. Close to Haymarket station and on the same side of the city as the airport there is great public transport links nearby.
Bright, clean and spacious the apartment is suitable for holidaymakers and business travellers alike.
This bright and airy home consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with an area to relax and a dining area. A large master bedroom with a shower en-suite, one double bedroom and an additional single room that has a single bed that can fold out into a double if you desire. In addition to the en-suite the main bathroom is large with a separate bath and shower. The kitchen is modern and has all electronic goods you would expect in your own home.
As of the start of April 2022, there are construction works happening to the rear of Sunbury Place. There may be loud day time noise in the rear bedrooms - we apologise for this but it is unfortunately out of our hands.
