PERFECT cosy home for a Fringe performer to have peace and tranquillity after a hard day's work.VERY central home in Edinburgh. Walking distance to: Edinburgh Fringe Shows, The Royal Mile, Arthur's Seat, Holyrood Park, The Meadows. The Property is well kept; very clean, sunlight, quality furnishings, fast WIFI (upto 110mb/s), workstation and bedroom TV. It is a very comfortable environment for guests. There is a 2nd Bedroom in the property which is occupied.
The living room has wonderful light, great views, a comfy sofa and a TV for you to relax and unwind in the evening.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Maximum guest capacity is 2. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require both beds made up. The property was shared in the past, but as of May 2025, you will have full occupancy.
