Sofa Bed Use

If you are booking for 5 guests, the sofa bed charge will be automatically included by Airbnb. Just make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking so we can have the extra linen ready for your stay. Please note, the total price will adjust based on the number of guests.

If you are a group of 4 or fewer guests but would like to use the sofa bed, there is an extra charge of £10 per night (minimum £30) to cover the additional linen, laundry, and cleaning. If this applies to you, just let us know when you book so we can prepare everything in advance.

As this is a listed building with original single pane glazing, the bathroom en-suite tends to be a little colder than the internal bathroom. We have installed underfloor heating to take the chill off and heated towel racks for additional warmth, however in the Winter months the temperature is unlikely get above 18 degrees.
