There is a sofa bed available for use, however linen must be requested in advance .If your booking is for 2 people and you wish to use the sofa bed there will be an extra charge levied.

Sofa Bed Use

If you are booking for 3 or more guests, the sofa bed charge will be automatically included by Airbnb. Just make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking so we can have the extra linen ready for your stay. Please note, the total price will adjust based on the number of guests.

If you are a group of 2 guests but would like to use the sofa bed, there is an extra charge of £10 per night (minimum £30) to cover the additional linen, laundry, and cleaning. If this applies to you, just let us know when you book so we can prepare everything in advance.
